We offer children and parents numerous opportunities to enjoy the well-deserved summer holiday both indoors and outdoors. Both together and each to their own. On 18,000 square meters, everyone will find what they need for a perfect family holiday!
Summer holiday with children: Adventure for big and small
Children have lots of fun on our large hotel grounds - whether on the Robinson adventure playground with climbing frame, swings, slide and sandpit, a play street with tractors, bobby cars and diggers or a small animal enclosure - there is something for everyone.
There is plenty to do both indoors and outdoors at our hotel: Outside, the little ones can romp around in the pirate playground, ride a pony or slackline.
If it rains for a short time during your summer holiday, the indoor adventure land with bouncy castle and trampoline, the 120 square metre play lounge for toddlers or the indoor romping house provide variety.
From Monday to Sunday, we look after the kids for up to 10.5 hours a day! Meanwhile, parents can relax from everyday life in our wellness area. Fun and games for children, rest and relaxation for parents. You can find out more about our play and sports programme here.

Into the water: swimming fun in the outdoor pool
What would a family holiday be without swimming fun? The outdoor pool of our hotel with the spacious wooden terrace provides a real cooling. Afterwards, relax on the spacious sunbathing lawn or indulge in a cool drink on the sun terraces.

What to consider when children swim in the swimming pool?
A holiday without fun in the water is unthinkable for many, even in a country like Germany. However, there are a few things to keep in mind, even if your destination is not on a beach, but the little ones are splashing around in a protected children's hotel.
Always keep the children under supervision and within reach. Use flotation devices if necessary and make sure the water is at an appropriate depth. Explain to the children how they should behave in the pool, for example where they are allowed to jump in and where not.
Sun protection, adequate hydration and breaks are important to allow fun without risks. Pre-school children can stay in the water for around 20 to 30 minutes, older ones can splash around a little longer. Afterwards, however, it is important to warm up and put on dry clothes.
From what age is an excursion to the farm suitable?
Most children love animals. From 2 to 3 years, a visit to a farm is a nice experience: from this age, children can see, hear and pet the animals. The excursion offers an educational and entertaining experience.
Older children from the age of 4 or 5 can usually develop a deeper understanding of farm processes.
Practical: Our child-friendly hotel is not far from a farm. We also offer a petting zoo not far from our guests' beautiful accommodation!
