We will ask you by e-mail about the desired equipment for your apartment about 2 weeks before your stay:

• Baby bathtub, night light, cot, stroller, sports buggy, baby buggy (up to 6 months), high chair, shower mat
• Children's bathrobes in the appropriate size (the size will be requested at the time of ordering)

You only need to bring your children's personal belongings, such as diapers and special bottle food.

Our apartment complex has three washrooms for use by guests. These include washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and detergent. The use of the machines is charged with a fee of 4,50 € per washing cycle and 3,00 € per drying cycle.
For dry cleaning, a 24 hour service (not on weekends) is available for an extra charge.

We offer baby and toddler care for children aged 0-3 years, who are looked after in the Baby & Toddler Club according to their age. You can find the current baby program in the Sonnenpark app.

Childcare from 3 years of age is provided in the Happy-Club. You can find the current care program in the Sonnenpark app.

Babies / Toddlers
The hours of care are Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 19:00 and Sunday from 09:00 to 12:30. We offer baby and toddler care for children aged 0-3 years, who are looked after in the Baby and Toddler Club according to their age. We always ask for a registration the day before.

Children from 3 years
Our supervision times are daily from 09:00 to 19:30. Childcare from 3 years of age is provided accordingly in the Happy-Club.
For children from 3 years of age, supervised lunch and dinner is also offered.

Teens
There is a special teen program during the main holiday periods.

From the age of 3 years on, the children have the possibility to participate in the common supervised lunch and dinner.

Prams and buggies can be rented free of charge. Before your arrival, you will be asked by e-mail about the desired equipment for your apartment. This includes the prams and/or sport buggies.

When booking, a deposit of 25% of the total price is due for transfer. You will receive a request for payment with the booking confirmation. As soon as the amount has been credited to our account, you will receive the down payment invoice as confirmation of receipt of payment. The remaining amount will be paid on departure.

If there is less than 1 week between the booking confirmation and the day of arrival, the deposit is to be paid on arrival.

We accept cash payment, or payment with EC card.

Yes, in principle there is the possibility that we charge a deposit to your credit card. Please contact us under info@sonnenpark.de in regard to this, ideally by indicating your reservation number.

Please note that most of the credit card providers only include a travel cancellation insurance, but no travel interruption insurance. That means that only before the arrival a cancellation is covered, but not the interruption of a trip during the stay.

Occupancy of the rooms is possible from 15:00. The service for All-inclusive Premium and All-Inclusive Optimal starts with coffee and cake.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the rooms by 10:00. The service for All-Inclusive Optimal ends with breakfast. If you have booked All-Inclusive Premium, the service ends with lunch.

Yes, use the EWF charging station at the Sonnenweg arrival car park and charge your batteries for the return journey. The charging station has two type 2 charging sockets and charges at a speed of 22kW and is billed using standard billing systems, e.g. Newmotion, Plugsurfing, Eflux or similar.

A separate charging cable is required.

We recommend leaving the charging zone after successful charging and re-parking your car. Depending on the provider, a blocking fee of up to €12 may otherwise be charged.

You can reach the Sonnenpark spa comfortably from every room with dry feet in your bathrobe, which can be found in your room. Sauna towels are available in the Sonnenpark spa in sufficient quantity.

In the Sonnenpark there is free WLAN in almost all public areas and in all rooms.

Please note that smoking is not allowed in the entire hotel and holiday apartments. Smoking is allowed on the balconies and terraces.

Yes, for each apartment a guaranteed parking space or underground parking space is included in the price. Please note on arrival that you will first leave your luggage in the car; when checking in at the reception desk, you will be given the most convenient place to unload it.

In the Sonnenpark you enjoy the privacy of your own apartment. In this personal area and taking into account individual sleeping habits, there is no automatic intermediate cleaning at Sonnenpark. You are welcome to book SMART room service on site (at the reception or via Sonnenpark App) at any time! This service corresponds to a "small" room cleaning and is free of charge for you. SMART room service: Towel change, garbage disposal, bathroom check, vacuuming (Does not apply to the apartments).
