THE OFFER
With the basic plan, you make a one-time advance holiday payment of at least €3,000 with a minimum term of 3 years. You can then use this advance payment flexibly at a rate of €1,000 per calendar year, starting 3 months after the advance payment has been received.
The model can be increased as desired, for example to €6,000 over 4 years with €1,500 available to use per year.
The two sample calculations illustrate the basic model with an initial payment of €3,000 over 3 years.

THE MODEL & CONDITIONS
Yes! The basic model, with a minimum advance payment of €3,000 and a minimum term of 3 years, serves as the foundation. Beyond that, you can combine the advance payment amount and term individually.
Here are some examples for guidance:

The additional bonus will be credited to your holiday account immediately after receipt of the advance payment and can also be used toward your stay. It can be redeemed for the first time three months after the advance payment has been received.
It is not possible to increase the advance payment under an existing agreement. However, you can easily enter into a new bonus agreement at any time.
THE 10% LOYALTY BONUS
The 10% loyalty bonus applies to every individual stay you book with us throughout your participation in the bonussystem, whether at Familotel Sonnenpark or Hotel Schutzhütte.
Yes, absolutely! The Urberg-Bonussystem offers maximum flexibility. As soon as we receive your advance payment, the 10% loyalty bonus will also be applied retrospectively to your existing bookings at Sonnenpark or Hotel Schutzhütte.
No, it cannot be combined with the Happy Card instant discount.
USING AND REDEEMING YOUR CREDIT
You can start using your advance payment toward a stay exactly three months after it has been credited to our account. Your 10% loyalty bonus can be used immediately upon receipt of payment.
The annual accommodation credit always applies per calendar year, from 1 January to 31 December.
For example, if you make your advance payment by the end of August, your credit will become available at the end of November, allowing you to use €1,000 toward your winter holiday in December. The new calendar year begins on 1 January, and the next €1,000 will immediately become available for your holiday planning.
No, this does not happen automatically. Since you decide how flexibly you would like to use your credit, it is not automatically applied when you make your booking.
Simply let us know at reception when you arrive or during your stay that you would like to use part of your advance payment toward your holiday.
Yes, the system offers a high degree of flexibility for you and your loved ones. We distinguish between the loyalty bonus and the accommodation credit:
a) Who is eligible for the 10% loyalty bonus?
The permanent 10% discount applies to all apartments that you, as the person making the advance payment, book for yourself, your spouse or your direct-line relatives, including your children, grandchildren, parents and grandparents, provided that you are listed as the invoice recipient.
b) Who can use the accommodation credit (the advance payment)?
Here, you are completely free: you can flexibly transfer your accommodation credit to friends, acquaintances or other family members.
FLEXIBILITY, SECURITY & COMPLETION
If you are unable to stay with us in a particular year, you have two flexible options:
• Option 1: Use it in the following year
You can simply carry over the unused annual accommodation credit and use it in addition to the next year’s credit. This allows you to redeem a larger amount at once, for example €2,000 instead of €1,000 in the second year.
• Option 2: Automatically extend the term
You can simply extend your bonus agreement by an additional year. The agreement may be extended up to twice the originally agreed term.
Your security is our top priority. If serious circumstances, such as a severe illness, the need for long-term care or a bereavement, make it permanently impossible for you to travel, we will of course refund the remaining balance of your holiday advance payment. Any amount already used toward previous stays will simply be deducted.

2. We will send you your personal guest bonus and advance payment agreement with no obligation.
3. Return the signed agreement to us and make your advance payment.
As soon as we receive your payment, we will activate your 10% loyalty bonus.
