THE OFFER
You make a one-time advance holiday payment of at least €3,000 with a minimum term of 3 years. You can then use this advance payment flexibly at a rate of €1,000 per calendar year, starting 3 months after the advance payment has been received.
The model can be increased as desired, for example to €6,000 over 4 years with €1,500 available to use per year.
PARTICIPATION AND SAMPLE CALCULATION
Below, we have outlined two sample calculations based on the standard model with an advance payment of €3,000 over 3 years. These examples show the savings in the first year as well as the guaranteed additional bonus over the full 3-year period.

FAQs about our Urberg Bonus System
I have already booked additional holidays at Sonnenpark. Will the discount still be applied retroactively?
Yes, absolutely! The Urberg Bonus System offers maximum flexibility. As soon as we receive your advance payment, the 10% loyalty bonus will also be applied retroactively to your existing bookings at Sonnenpark or Hotel Schutzhütte.
Will my annual redemption amount be deducted automatically from my booking?
No, this does not happen automatically. Since you decide how flexibly you would like to use your credit balance, it is not automatically applied when you make your booking.
Simply let us know at reception upon arrival or during your stay that you would like to use part of your advance payment toward this holiday.
When will the 3% additional bonus be credited to my account, and how can I use it?
The bonus will be credited to your holiday account at the beginning of each new calendar year (1 January). It is treated like regular credit and, just like your annual redemption amount, can be used flexibly toward your holidays.
When can I use my advance payment for the first time?
You can begin using your advance payment exactly three months after it has been received in our account. Your 10% loyalty bonus can be used immediately upon receipt of payment.
Does the loyalty bonus apply to every booked holiday or only once per year?
The 10% loyalty bonus applies to every individual stay you book with us at Familotel Sonnenpark or Hotel Schutzhütte throughout your participation in the Bonus System.
Can the Urberg Bonus System be combined with the Happy Card?
No, it cannot be combined with the Happy Card instant discount.
Does the agreed annual redemption amount apply per contract year or per calendar year?
The redemption amount always applies per calendar year, from 1 January to 31 December.
For example, if you make your advance payment by the end of August, your credit will be available from the end of November. You could then use €1,000 toward your winter holiday in December. The new calendar year begins on 1 January, and the next €1,000 will immediately be available for your holiday planning!
What happens to my advance payment in the event of a serious illness or emergency?
Your security is our top priority. If serious circumstances such as a severe illness, the need for long-term care, or a death make it permanently impossible for you to travel, we will of course refund the remaining balance of your advance holiday payment. Any amount already used toward previous stays will simply be deducted.
What happens if I am unable to stay with you for a year?
If you are unable to visit us in a particular year, you have two flexible options:
- Option 1: Use the amount in the following year
You can simply carry the unused annual redemption amount over to the following year and use a larger amount at once, for example €2,000 instead of €1,000 in the second year.
- Option 2: Automatically extend the contract term
You can simply extend your Bonus Agreement by another year. The contract term may be extended up to twice the originally agreed duration.
Does the Urberg Bonus System also apply to my family or friends?
Yes, the system offers you and your loved ones a high degree of flexibility. We distinguish between the loyalty bonus and the advance payment credit:
a) Who is eligible for the 10% loyalty bonus?
The permanent 10% discount applies to all apartments that you, as the person making the advance payment, book for yourself, your spouse, or your direct ascendants and descendants, including your children, grandchildren, parents, and grandparents.
b) Who can use the advance payment credit?
You are completely free to decide: your advance payment credit can also be transferred flexibly to friends, acquaintances, or other family members.
How can I join the Urberg Bonus System?
It is simple and straightforward:

2. We will send you your personal Guest Bonus and Advance Payment Agreement with no obligation.
3. Return the signed agreement to us and make your advance payment.
As soon as we receive your payment, we will activate your 10% loyalty bonus!
