Aquatic bodywork is a classic spa treatment in body-warm water and consists of the four disciplines Aqua Relax, Water Shiatsu, Water Dance and Healing Dance. With its holistic approach, it offers an opportunity to promote healing at all levels.
Aqua Relax
Treatment with buoyancy aids especially suitable for spa beginners. You float on the water while being rhythmically massaged, stretched and your joints mobilized with flowing movements.
Water shiatsu
Spa variation developed by Harold Dull from Zen Shiatsu over 25 years ago. In the rhythm of your breathing, professional stretching and flowing movements are carried out, supplemented with elements from Shiatsu. Phases of silence and integration alternate.
Water Dancing
Dynamic and playful spa variation, with over and underwater sequences. Fitted with a nose clip, you are led into three-dimensional weightlessness under water. Dolphin-like and snake-like movements free you on all levels and let you experience deep relaxation moments and silence.
Healing Dance
In Healing Dance, spa and dance unite to create an extraordinary experience. Experience flow, freedom and lightness in various waves, spirals and eights. Both above and under water possible.

"Miracle of Life" Water shiatsu for pregnant women
Aquatic bodywork offers an ideal combination of relaxation, relief for the spine and preparation for birth. Many pregnant women suffer from considerable posture and back problems and feel immobile. Weight relief and being carried in water alleviates the discomfort. At the same time, the muscles and the pelvic floor are relaxed, which is beneficial for the process of giving birth. The warm water makes breathing calmer and deeper. Both - mother and child - "float" in the same element. The treatment provides protection and security. This creates a strong feeling of closeness, which deepens the relationship between them.
