Anticipation is the best joy. But no one can protect themselves from falling ill shortly before departure. Cancellation fees are then incurred and the hassle is great. With the Sonnenpark travel protection package, we want to ensure that your anticipation is carefree until your arrival.

For bookings over New Year's Eve, cancellations can be made at no charge up to 90 days before arrival and from 89 days before arrival the cancellation fee can be reduced from 60% to 25% with the Travel Protection Package which is then converted into a voucher.
Conclusion:
In general, the travel protection package can only be purchased at the time of booking your holiday. This is irrespective of how many days before the start of the holiday the booking is made.
The travel protection package is automatically included, with the Sonnenpark Bonus System.
Payment:
The cost of the travel protection package is 3% of the total price of the trip.
Payment is made at the time of claim or on site at the Sonnenpark with the total invoice.
A refund of the costs for the travel protection package is not possible.
Utilisation:
Up to 29 days before arrival: Cancellation will be processed free of charge and you will receive a full refund of your deposit if we have already received it.
From 28 days before arrival without illness: The cancellation fee of 60% will be due and charged to you minus the deposit paid.
From 28 days prior to arrival due to illness: In the event of illness with proof from a doctor, the cost of the travel protection package will be invoiced.
After receipt of payment, you will receive a voucher of 25% corresponding to the value of your deposit. You can redeem the voucher at a later date depending on availability.
