you can arrive again without proof and testing. In addition, the wearing of a mouth-nose covering is no longer mandatory. Of course, you and your children can wear a mask voluntarily.
What remains is the possibility to rebook or cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. This applies to stays until 27.11.2022. Detailed information can be found on this page.

ARRIVAL
You can arrive again without proof and testing. Upon request, we will give you a free self-test that you can then perform on site.
MASK MANDATORY INDOORS
Wearing a mouth-nose covering is no longer mandatory. Of course, you and your children can wear a mask voluntarily.
HYGIENE MEASURES
The generally very high hygiene standards remain in place. The use of ventilation systems and air filters in public areas, additional frequent ventilation, constant disinfection of surfaces are in the foreground here.
CHILDCARE / ENTERTAINMENT
The Baby Club is open continuously. Babies and toddlers between 0 and 3 years are looked after Mon. to Sat. from 09:00 to 19:00 and Sun. from 09:00 to 12:30. Important: Registration the day before by 5 pm via the Sonnenpark App.The Happy Club is open continuously from now on. Children from the age of 3 are looked after daily from 09:00 to 19:00.
For children aged 6 and over and those aged 10 and over, we also offer a daily, changing age-appropriate programme.
Important: Registration the day before by 5 pm via the Sonnenpark App.Hygiene regulations also remain important. For example, a non-contact fever test is carried out when entering the childcare. Unfortunately, children who are clearly ill cannot take part in the childcare. This includes, for example, fever from 38 °C and disturbance of the sense of taste or smell as well as a dry cough.
Caregivers with typical Corona illness symptoms stay away from work.
CANCELLATION FOR UP TO 29 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL
Reservations for up to 29 days before the start of the trip can still be cancelled free of charge and the deposit paid at the time of booking will be returned to you if you so wish. Rebookings or conversions into a voucher are of course also possible.
NEW: CANCELLATION UNTIL 7 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL
Stays until 27.11.2022 can be cancelled or postponed free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. For the deposit paid at the time of booking, you will receive a voucher with unlimited validity.
CANCELLATION OF TRAVEL
In the event of illness of any kind occurring during the stay, the rest of the holiday can be cancelled free of charge.

You can easily book your appointments on site via the app. It also offers a compact overview of the programme for children, the sports and activity programme for adults and much more information. If you don't have the app yet, simply download it free of charge from the appropriate app store. Have fun with it.
