What is Craniosacral Osteopathy?
Craniosacral Osteopathy focuses on the treatment of the cranio-sacral system. This connection, which extends not only over the spinal column, but also over the spinal cord and meninges, cerebrospinal fluid and the associated structures, has interrelationships with our entire systems. With this holistic approach (body, mind and soul), blockages, movement restrictions, old injury and behavioral patterns, traumas can become conscious and be released from the cell memory.
The broad field of application of craniosacral osteopathy covers, for instance:
